Deposit
We require at least a 50% deposit to secure the booking and the balance is payable before departure
Children
Serendipity is a Mature Fine Dining environment, persons of EIGHT YEARS of age and younger not accepted, unless by prior arrangement.
Cancellation Policy
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
- Guests will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
Prepayment
- Guests will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
- All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee
