Farewell Minette

💛 Behind every Serendipity plate is a team of hearts and hands – and for the past few years, our Junior Sous Chef Minette has been one of the brightest. A true grafter, she has been with us since her student days and has grown and flourished in our kitchen, delighting us all with her bubbly personality and irresistible confections. Now, the big wide world is calling. Minette is trading the banks of the Touw River for the open seas, joining a cruise ship adventure. While we are terribly sad to see her go, we couldn’t be prouder of her journey. We’ll miss her dearly and wish her fair winds and calm seas.
