Lizelle and Rudolf were on the red carpet at The Hermitage Museum Hotel in St Petersburg in Russia in July for the 2019 World Luxury Restaurant Awards Gala Ceremony. Serendipity received two World Luxury Restaurant Awards for 2019. Serendipity was awarded the Global Winner for South African Cuisine and the Country Winner (South Africa) for Fine Dining Cuisine for 2019.
